envoii is a cloud platform for digital work instructions, inspection records and process documentation — built specifically for manufacturing companies, machine builders and mid-sized industrial businesses. With envoii you create step-by-step instructions including videos and images, distribute them paperlessly to every employee and make sure process standards are reliably followed.
The platform is made for production managers, quality managers, maintenance teams and everyone who wants to digitalise their shop floor processes. Whether maintenance checklists, assembly instructions, training material or 5S audits — envoii replaces paper documents with one central, multilingual solution that runs on any tablet, smartphone or terminal.
envoii is developed by envoii technologies GmbH, based in Dortmund, Germany. Founders Jan Treffon and Koray Uygun bring more than 20 years of combined experience from manufacturing — as service technicians, production workers, industrial foremen and industrial engineers. That deep understanding of the daily challenges on the shop floor feeds directly into product development.
envoii is made and hosted in Germany, fully GDPR-compliant and supported by a strong advisory board from academia and industry. Backed by the Gründungsstipendium NRW, Microsoft for Startups and the Mittelstand-Digital network, the team works every day to advance process reliability and operational excellence in manufacturing.
